This notice covers lunersport.com and the sign-up form on it. The LUNER platform itself is not yet open; when it is, it will have its own notice covering the health and training data it handles, which is a different matter entirely.

What we collect
If you fill in the form
- your name;
- your email address;
- the role you selected — coach, player, club or practitioner;
- your club, if you told us;
- the date and time you signed up, and the exact wording you agreed to;
- a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, which we use to spot automated abuse. The hash cannot be turned back into an IP address.
If you only visit
Our web server keeps ordinary request logs with the last part of your IP address removed before it is written down. They are deleted after 14 days and are used only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
To contact you about the LUNER pilot. The legal basis is your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR — which is why the box on the form starts unticked and why nothing is sent until you tick it.
You can withdraw at any time. Email hello@lunersport.com and we will delete your details. You do not have to give a reason, and withdrawing does not affect anything that happened before.
Where it is held, and who else sees it
- Supabase — the database your details are stored in, hosted in Ireland.
- Hostinger — the server that runs this website and passes your form on to the database. It is located in the United Kingdom, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection.
- Discord — when someone signs up, our team gets a notification. It shows only your initials and a masked email address, for example S. O. and s•••@gmail.com, so we know to act on it. Your full details are never sent there. Discord Inc. is in the United States; that transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Nobody else. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or use them to build a profile of you.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after you signed up — whichever comes first. The deletion date is stored on the record itself, so it happens whether or not anyone remembers. If you go on to use LUNER, a separate notice will cover that relationship.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts of any kind. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so simply opening the page tells no third party that you were here. If we ever add analytics, we will ask you first and update this notice before we do.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, send it to you in a portable format, or object to our use of it — and you can withdraw your consent whenever you like. Write to hello@lunersport.com and we will answer within one month.
If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie. If you live elsewhere in the EU or in the UK, you can complain to your own national authority instead.
Automated decisions
None. Nothing on this site makes a decision about you automatically, and there is no profiling.
Age
This form is for people aged 16 and over. If you are younger and want to hear about LUNER, ask a parent, guardian or coach to get in touch on your behalf.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting people already on the list will be sent by email.
